The Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Index is the industry standard by which a home’s energy efficiency is measured. Standard new homes generally have a HERS Index Rating of 100, but Panther Builders homes have been rated at 50, which means a Panther Builders home is 50% more energy efficient than a typical new build.
